Position Summary This position is responsible for achieving defined Discovery sales targets, assists in personnel selection and development and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Annual Target Compensation Annual target compensation for this role, including hourly training pay, commissions, and bonuses is $70,000 to $100,000.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner
Effectively deliver required sales targets by closing transactions on a daily basis
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Constructive involvement in daily sales meetings
Recruiting future Discovery Sales Representatives
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
Ability to effectively partner with other departments
Maintain performance standards and ongoing coaching
Ensure team success by closing deals
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Technology Fluent

Compensation During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $16.00 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is commission-based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.
