Owner Operators – Solo / Teams – Sign-On Bonus
J. Boren & Sons is seeking qualified Owner Operators to join our growing team.
Pay & Benefits
Solo Owner Operators: Earn $3,450 per week + Fuel and Safety Credit (FSC); average 2,500 miles per week.
Team Owner Operators: Earn $7,975 per week + FSC; average 5,500 miles per week.
Empty Miles (Solo & Teams): $0.80 CPM + FSC.
$300 reimbursement for orientation.
One‑mile bonus: $1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed).
Fuel discount at Love’s.
Safety incentives & profit sharing for fleets with 2+ trucks.
100% Fuel surcharge and 100% Accessorial charges.
Pets allowed, new trailers, 95% drop & hook.
When you drive for us
24/7 Dispatch (non‑forced).
Dedicated lanes for solo and teams in select areas.
Job Requirements
At least 23 years old with a valid CDL A.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Must own own truck.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No more than 3 DOT preventable accidents.
No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months.
No failed drug or alcohol tests.
