Ed Tech III Pre-K The Oxford Hills School District is seeking excellent candidates for the position of Ed Tech III Pre‑K located at the Paris Elementary School Annex in West Paris, Maine.
Candidates must hold a valid Ed Tech III certificate.
Reports to:
Building Principal
Terms of Employment School Year 178‑day position – hourly rate from $19.93 to $29.84 per hour depending on experience. The position is under the Oxford Hills Educational Association unit for Ed Techs IIs & IIIs.
Full‑time employees receive a robust benefits package: health insurance (80% of the premium paid by the employer, up to 100% if both spouses work in the district), dental, vision, group life insurance, flexible spending and dependent care accounts, Maine Public Employee Pension, 403(b) retirement plan eligibility, 15 paid sick days per year, and tuition reimbursement.
Responsibilities
Model a strong work ethic, perseverance and grit, as well as responsibility and respect;
Utilize best practices for motivating today’s students in a safe, supportive learning environment;
Demonstrate knowledge in the development of real‑world learning experiences and community partnerships to provide students with opportunities for extensions of learning, applied learning, community service, and citizenship;
Demonstrate a willingness and ability to collaborate, engage, and communicate with colleagues, parents and the public.
