Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ICU nurse for night shifts. The ideal candidate should possess strong critical care skills and be comfortable with a patient ratio of 1:2. The role involves direct patient care in the ICU and may require floating to medical-surgical units as necessary. Responsibilities
Manage care for ventilated patients and provide support in high-acuity situations. Administer medications and assist with various interventions including chest tube management and BiPAP/CPAP administration. Monitor and interpret vital signs, ABGs, and respond to dysrhythmias appropriately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
A minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience. Current RN license in New Mexico or compact state. ACLS and BLS certification required. Why ARMStaffing?
