Our client, a leading organization in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting the Order Management and Customer Care teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage incoming calls through the Genesys phone system to assist customers effectively.
Receive and submit customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Facilitate customer credit requests and maintain account settings within CRM and other applications.
Track orders through transportation tools and collaborate with carriers for escalations when necessary.
Identify opportunities to suggestively sell and inform customers about new and existing products or programs.
What's Needed?
Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care, Order Management, Distribution, or related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SAP, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
