Position Summary Maintenance Technician
will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. The role ensures a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard‑free environment.
Compensation Pay:
$23.70–$27.32/hour DOE

Duties
Complete work orders accurately and promptly; clean up after completion
Perform repairs on property, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
Clean apartments during turnover process as directed
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic building maintenance knowledge through training or experience
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of skilled maintenance work
Technical training in one or more building trades
Knowledge and Skills
Follow direction from supervisor
Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions
Adapt to changing work plans
Maintain professional appearance
Legally operate a motor vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
