District Manager, Auto Service – Fresno/Central Valley California Reports to Market Leader

Compensation: $100K-200K Total Comp (Base of $100-120K)

District Manager

supervises and oversees the operations of retail repair shops within a certain region. Their main duties include hiring and training store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store and communicating and enforcing customer policies to managers and team members. Ensuring quality consistency across the district and increasing sales and profitability in their area.

Location:

Fresno/Central Valley California – field position, traveling between approximately 18 locations

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Reach financial objectives

Adhere to company policies and local, state and federal laws

Train team members

Address performance issues that affect profits in order of priority

Coach other managers

Develop business strategies for revenue growth and inventory control

Qualifications:

Auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry

Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledge

Problem‑solving using analytical, creative, and critical‑thinking skills

Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals

Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations

Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required

Possess valid California driver’s license

Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday–Friday
