This position reports to the Coastal Region Maintenance Yard in Greenville, NC and will be tasked with completing general preventative maintenance and like-in-kind Force Account system replacements.
A successful candidate for this position, shall have journeyman level experience in the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of general, plumbing, HVAC, AND/OR electrical systems, equipment, and machinery; be able to work independently to complete work assignments received by a supervisor; read and interpret blueprints; and perform other assigned duties.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences**Salary: $39,671.00-69,426.00Pay Grade: NC09The NC Department of Adult Correction is one of the largest state agencies with more than 14,000 employees.
