LPN
Staff Nurses
for our PRN pool to work at locations in Stark County, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by medical directors for clients in withdrawal management or treatment.

CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance.

What you'll do
Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans
including assisting admission to detox unit
Educate patients
on condition, medication, and treatment plan
Document nursing care via EHR . Implement nursing care under clinical supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor.
Work and communicate effectively
with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director, clinical staff, etc. to provide best client care.
All other duties as assigned
Schedule Per needs of the facility. Must have availability to work 4 or more shifts per month. Must have availability to work weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus!
Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions
Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is highly desired
Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
