About the Job The CNC Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating our newly expanded automated CNC equipment, where we produce aluminum frames for our LED displays. The right candidate will work diligently to ensure that all products are manufactured with integrity and free of error. This role is fully on-site at our Portsmouth, NH factory. The standard schedule for this position is 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, Monday‑Friday. Job Duties

Properly start up and shut down CNC equipment

Efficiently load and unload CNC equipment with unprocessed and processed parts

Diligently monitor machine performance, perform basic troubleshooting activities, and elevate issues through the chain of command

Manually deburr parts and manually assemble aluminum frames with fixtures and screw guns

Perform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on the machines

Maintain a clean and organized workcell

Follow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when observed

Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement

Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

1 year of manufacturing experience

CNC experience preferred

Flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells as needed

Self‑motivated

Physical Requirements

Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 100 lbs

Be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to stand for duration of shift

Close visual focus required

Compensation Hourly, non‑exempt
