Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift
New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a leading skilled nursing facility committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Guided by our mission of Excellence in Care, we are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Night Shift team and make a difference in the lives of our residents.
Position Overview As an LPN or RN on the Night Shift at New Lebanon, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident care, monitoring clinical needs, and ensuring a safe and nurturing overnight environment. Working alongside a skilled and supportive team, you’ll help ensure that every resident receives the highest quality of nursing care throughout the night.
What You’ll Do
Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver hands-on nursing care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs during night hours.
Administer Treatments & Medications: Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
Monitor Resident Health: Assess and document changes in residents’ conditions and communicate important updates to the care team.
Collaborate Across Shifts: Work closely with day and evening staff to ensure continuity of care and accurate communication between shifts.
Support Teamwork: Assist CNAs and other team members, fostering a cooperative, respectful, and caring overnight environment.
Uphold Excellence in Care: Follow all clinical and safety standards to maintain the highest quality of service for our residents.
What We’re Looking For
Licensure: Current and valid LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio.
Experience: Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but we welcome new graduates eager to learn and grow.
Strong Clinical Judgment: Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care effectively.
Compassionate Approach: Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism with residents and their families.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and positive attitude, especially important for our close-knit night shift team.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.
