Position Details
Behavioral Health Therapist
Requirements: LPC, LMSW, LMHC, LAT, LCSW, LMFT
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Weekly Hours: 40
Schedule: Days Mon - Fri, every 5th Saturday, Tues - Sat, one shift per week until 7pm
Pay Rate: $35/hr - $45/hr
The Licensed Mental Health Practitioner/LicensedProfessional Counselor provides individual and group therapeutic services in a variety of settings across the age span and works collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. The Licensed Mental Health Practitioner / Licensed Professional Counselor administers an assortment of assessment tools and develop programming as needed to assist in the treatment of a variety of behavioral disorders and disabilities.
Minimum Requirements
Licensed as a Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Professional Counselor in state practicing required
Current CPR if applicable
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
