Position Overview The

Manager,

Field Marketing

is responsiblefor the full cycle recruiting, training, and management of brand ambassadorswho promote Ready® products across thecountry. This role will work closely with operational management to develop andimplement short and long-term strategies to ensure that the company has theworkforce to successfully perform for today and the future.

This position will require overnight travel throughout the United States.

Responsibilities Develop and execute field marketing strategies by leadinglocal and regional plans throughout the country that are tailored to key eventsand/or retail activations that support overall marketing strategies.

Work hand in hand with Marketing and Sales leaders toimplement campaigns that drive brand awareness, trial and conversion across thesales funnel.

Cross-functional collaboration by partnering closely withSales teams to align goals, priorities, and metrics, ensuring marketing effortsamplify their impact.

Event Management by planning and executing tailoredin-person and virtual events such as trade shows, roadshows, meetups, andregional conferences to drive engagement and conversion.

Conduct regional customer research to stay ahead inunderstanding market needs, competitor positioning, and evaluation trends.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of field marketers whilefostering collaboration and a high-performance culture across regions.

Lead full cycle recruitment process for brandambassadors, including maintaining job postings as well as sourcing, screening,interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for allbrand ambassadors.

Serve as company advocate and ensure that all brandambassadors are positively promoting the brand; ensure personnel needs areunderstood and effectively addressed.

Manage the campus recruitment calendar and budget;communicate updates to key stakeholders.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for fieldmarketing initiatives and provide detailed reporting to key stakeholders on ROIand campaign effectiveness.

Create brand promotional events, including new launchactivations, in brand ambassador markets; Identify new markets for brandpromotion and expand our brand as a preferred employer for new talent.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years in field or regional marketingroles. Experience in the Health & Fitness Industry or fast-moving CPG is aplus.

Experience as a brand ambassador or brand ambassadorprogram manager in the food or beverage industries is a plus. Experience withretail promotions and event management.

Deep understanding of demand generation, event planning,campaign orchestration, and pipeline acceleration strategies.

Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, develop, andmanage collaborative marketing teams.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills withthe ability to influence cross-functional teams and executivestakeholders.

Strategic Thinker: Creative and data-driven strategistwith a focus on measurable impact.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Strong negotiation skills.

Self-starter with the ability to multi-task andprioritize effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Ability to assess needs, influence, and collaborate withvarious members of the Ready® team.

Passion for identifying, hiring, and training talent.
