Position Summary CVS Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Medicare FP&A Organization. This role supports development and implementation of the Non-benefit Expense portion of the annual Medicare CMS bid/pricing process, driving best practices, regulatory compliance, and competitive cost structure.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a Finance or analytical background and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination and execution of Medicare Bid requirements for MAPD and Part D, including several rounds of non-benefit expense (NBE), audit requests, Worksheet 1 and other ad hoc bid requests.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that summarize Medicare Product level allocated SG&A results for executive and management teams.

Maintain building blocks of financial planning and analysis processes (including Cost center allocations), enhancing data accuracy, and improving efficiency in monthly and quarterly reporting.

Consolidate Cash Flow for all Part D Products, Rx Elimination reporting, and Successful applicant will also be expected to provide business and financial management reports.

Preparing complex ad hoc monthly reports as needed for expenses, resource management, and key performance metrics – communicating results to various levels of management.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience working in Finance or a related field (e.g. Accounting, Analytics)

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years relevant FP&A experience

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis

Experience in Healthcare, Medicare or Part D

Experience in Oracle/Hyperion/S4

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience required

Finance, Accounting or similar degree preferred

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40

Time Type Full time

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
