Executive / Administrative Assistant
Alloy Silverstein, a multi-office regional firm, is seeking an executive assistant for our Cherry Hill, NJ office location with at least 2‑5 years’ of recent experience in a public accounting office.
The firm has been in business in South Jersey for over 65 years and is very community‑minded. Our professionals embrace technology and the efficiencies that come from a paperless office. We offer competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Please send salary requirements with submission of your resume.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Processing of financial statements and tax returns
Prepare reports using Word and Excel
Communicate with clients as needed
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑pace environment while balancing and prioritizing daily responsibilities
Self‑starter and takes the initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and conduct business professionally
Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record
Work well independently and in a team with positive attitude and professional presence
Other Requirements :
Able to work flexible and/or overtime hours including Saturday’s and late evenings base upon work and peak busy times
Salary Range
Starting at $50,000 per year.
