College of the Sequoias accepts applications for part-time adjunct faculty pools to teach Information/Communications Technology within its Industrial and Technology Department continuously. Screening committees will conduct the screening of candidates. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not assure an interview. If the department does not have an immediate need, applications remain in the queue for consideration until the need arises, or for one year in active status.

Part-Time Adjunct Faculty Pools Assignments may include weekend and/or evening classes at the Visalia Campus, the Hanford Educational Center, or the Tulare College Center. Duplicate applications will result in only the most recent remaining active for one year. These are temporary positions and do not accrue rights to tenure.

Job Duties Under the general direction of a dean or director, adjunct faculty will provide comprehensive classroom instruction to community college students. The majority of departments require face‑to‑face teaching. You may review current course listings in our Academic Catalog. Adjunct faculty will also be expected to collect and submit data on student learning objectives as needed.

Qualifications The minimum qualifications for all disciplines can be found in the "Minimum Qualifications for Faculty and Administrators in California Community Colleges".
