About the Role Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 outlets via Walmart Supercenters with a dedicated sales team of 3,200+ brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions they want and need.

What will you do?
Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
Keep planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
How will you succeed?
Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.
Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high‑traffic environment.
Stay hungry to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
Provide fantastic service while displaying integrity.
Stand/move around for 8‑10 hour shifts.
Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
What experience should you have?
Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
