Job Details

Job Type: Full-time, Home Base in Miami, Florida or NJ

Compensation: Base Pay + Performance Bonus + Commissions

Job Responsibilities

Customer Development & Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with accounts to drive sales through strategic account management such as identifying customer pain points, regular visits, and sharing market insights.

Contract Negotiation: Execute sales strategies and facilitate contract negotiations with customers, ensuring revenue and profitable growth, and expanding ingredient solutions.

Market Research: Conduct local market research, stay ahead of industry trends, investigate industry, market trends, channels, competitors, etc., and proactively propose solutions.

Other Local Services: Support local market activities such as customer visits and exhibitions.

Job Requirements

Relevant experience in the Nutritional Supplements Ingredients or Nutraceutical Raw Materials industry (MUST).

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A self‑motivated, reliable individual with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
