Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees. Support in implementing merchandising and marketing programs. Maintain a clean, safe store environment; ensure products are in stock and health/sanitation procedures are followed. Assist with cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program. Contribute to high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with intrapersonal skills. Multi-task and perform required physical duties, including standing, bending, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. What You Bring
A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience. Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence with current automotive liability insurance. Ability to oversee and provide leadership in customer service, training, and coaching, along with the Store Leader for all store employees. Strong ability to maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock. Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred). Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work full-time hours. Benefits
