Description and Requirements Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 outlets via Walmart. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions. Sales Pros are the go-to wireless experts, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving. We're hiring now!

What will you do?
Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
Explain wireless solutions to buyers simply.
Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through setup and activation.
Maintain planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
How will you succeed?
Motivate, coach, and lead team members to complete tasks.
Display a high‑energy personality and ability to start conversations.
Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in high traffic.
Stay hungry to excel in a capped commission role.
Provide fantastic service while demonstrating integrity.
Stand/move around for 8‑10 hour shifts.
Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
What experience should you have?
Prior sales experience or wireless knowledge is not mandatory; you must be driven to learn.
