Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.

Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.

Exceptional communication and team inspiration skills.

Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.

Efficient in managing dual sales and mentorship responsibilities.

Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Compensation & Benefits

$98,000 – $118,000 base pay/year, plus weekly draw pay, commissions, and bonuses.
