Warehouse - Lead

DP World . The lead will assist in monitoring and controlling inventory integrity and lead a team within the warehouse operations.
Shifts 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 am – 3:30 pm. Weekend 1st Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:00 pm – 3:30 am. 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm – 3:00 am. Weekend 2nd Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:00 pm – 4:30 am.
Responsibilities
Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
Assist with monitoring daily KPIs, quality metrics, employee timecard exceptions and productivity administration; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Act as backup and support to the Supervisor, representing them in periods of absence.
Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy.
Provide leadership to staff, establish clear expectations, act as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in warehouse operations and activities.
Work required schedule as determined to meet production goals and key performance indicators; schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in a lead role.
Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
Prior forklift experience.
Compensation DP World offers a market‑competitive compensation package. Salary range: $60,000 – $90,000 per annum.
