Mentor Women in Tech: 7‑Month Virtual Mentoring

2025 – 2026 marks the 5th year of the Technology Council of Central PA’s Women In Tech (WIT) Mentoring program. The WIT Mentoring Program is a 7-month program that matches TCCP members who are currently working in tech with undergrad students representing the future of women in the tech industry. The WIT Mentoring Program includes virtual WIT Mentor group meetings and monthly Mentor-Mentee conversations.

WIT Mentor & Mentee Application Deadline MONDAY, 9/22/2025:
All applicants notified of their Mentor or Mentee status SATURDAY, 4/4/2026 FROM 11AM – 1PM:
WIT Mentor Program Luncheon (IN-PERSON, Invitation Only) Please contact Tina Barstow at tina@tccp.org or 717-340-5621 with any questions. TCCP members who are currently working in tech are eligible to apply to become a WIT Mentor. WIT Mentors are matched with eligible undergrad students representing the future of women in the tech industry. Mentors will be paired together to co-facilitate monthly virtual group discussions while also connecting 1-on-1 with their assigned Mentees. Penn State University (ALL CAMPUSES) Shippensburg University Each WIT Mentee will be matched with a WIT Mentor and is expected to: Participate in monthly virtual WIT Mentoring group meetings Connect 1-on-1 with her WIT Mentor at least once per month
