Job Expectations
Guide customers onto conveyor using hand signals.
Take customer orders of unlimited memberships and sell within 15‑30 seconds.
Learn Ducky’s at Chevron Wash Core Values prior to first shift.
Learn Chevron Carwash Service Menu and unlimited scripts inside out.
Have a positive attitude and interact with employees and customers.
Clean and maintain car wash site and equipment.
Assist guests with questions on pricing, service, and awareness.
Guide customers into car wash tunnel.
Sell additional services and unlimited memberships.
Maintain and stock chemicals and equipment.
Process customer transactions.
Maintain a safe environment on‑site while working with others.
Skills and Experience Required
Strong customer service orientation.
Motivated and cooperative teammate with confidence in work processes.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail‑oriented organizer to keep site clean and inviting.
Resilient, consistent go‑getter who sees every customer as a new opportunity.
Active and engaged in doing something all the time.
Ensure site appearance and cleanliness, especially bathrooms.
Professionalism through dress, carry and customer interaction.
Retail and/or hospitality experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record and in‑force liability insurance.

Qualifications
Must stand for periods of time at kiosk or entrance of car wash tunnel.
Job is outdoors and repetitive.
Must work weekends, holidays and various hours.
Occasional travel between adjacent Chevron Stations Inc Express Wash locations.
Minimum 18 years old for California locations, 21 years old for management positions.
Proficient in English to understand policies, safety training and job instructions.
Compensation Hourly rate $18.75 – $18.75 per hour. Bonus per membership sold.
