If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended*.****Job Details:****Position Summary:****The selected candidate must be located within the Greater Milwaukee Area.****Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Develop and nurture professional relationships with assigned Key Strategic Foodservice Accounts within the market to achieve business objectives.* Gather and maintain key insights for all assigned accounts, including business size, product opportunities, competitive landscape, timing, and potential hurdles.* Track progress using provided tools and report status to ensure all relevant parties are informed.* Manage all strategic initiatives.* Collaborate with Business Development, Distribution teams, Business Units, and Revenue Manager teams as needed to deliver against sales plans by managing customer presentations, marketing programs, expense management, and complaint and deduction resolution.* Provide sales support at customer events, which may include product sampling and presenting key features and benefits.* Achieve volume goals and execute pricing strategies within the marketplace, manage associated spend, and oversee the product mix sold.**Qualifications:*** Experience: Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in Food Service, Food Service Manufacturing, or Distributor Sales.* Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Special Skills: Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, understanding of motivational leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Culinary experience preferred.* Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with a CRM based software preferred.
