You will need to live within commuting distance of our Portage, MI or Redmond, WA office. This is a hybrid role, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday and the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week.

What You Will Do

Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts

Define project scope with stakeholders and create structured work breakdowns to guide execution

Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits

Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using industry-standard tools

Assign and manage project team resources, clearly defining roles and deliverables

Build and execute stakeholder and communication management plans

Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development

What You Will Need Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

Experience in regulated or quality‑driven environments

$87,600 - $165,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
