We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead project execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development.

This campus-scale deployment represents a rare opportunity to help build the physical backbone of artificial intelligence in one of the fastest-growing hyperscale markets in the country.

Project Location & Travel

The project is located in West Texas, within commuting distance of the Midland–Odessa region

Midland–Odessa International Air & Space Port (MAF) serves as the primary airport hub for project travel

Relocation, per diem, housing, and travel support are available for qualifying candidates

This is a 2–5 year, project-based assignment with long-term stability and continuity

About the Role GCON is delivering a landmark hyperscale data center campus supporting next-generation AI and cloud infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead execution on a long-term, mission-critical program at the forefront of AI-driven construction.

This role provides high visibility, long-term stability, and the opportunity to manage one of the most technically complex construction environments in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall project scope, budget, schedule, and contract administration

Manage procurement, subcontractor buyout, and change management

Partner with Superintendents to align field execution with project goals

Drive forecasting, reporting, and risk mitigation

Interface directly with owners, designers, and executive leadership

Qualifications

8+ years of experience managing large commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects

Strong financial and contractual management skills

Data center or advanced manufacturing experience preferred

Willingness to commit to a long-term West Texas assignment
