Job Overview DaVita seeks a Nurse to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. The role involves delivering high‑quality care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. This is a position that will help patients and families by utilizing a broad range of nursing skills.
Responsibilities
No dialysis experience is required.
Training will take place in a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
Float to various clinics during and after training.
Maintain a flexible schedule, working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
Be part of a supportive team that relies on one another in a positive environment.
Deliver care to patients with multiple co‑morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and a wide range of nursing skills.
Oversee a group of patients with support from patient care technicians to conduct observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
Work in a fast‑paced environment using head, heart, and hands every day.

Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school (Bachelor of Science in Nursing or three‑year diploma from an accredited program also acceptable).
Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required.
Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
