Responsibilities
Provide safe and supportive nursing care to patients and families in the medical surgical unit.
Deliver excellent care, comfort, and security to patients and families during vulnerable times.
Collaborate with a nationwide network of peer nurses and nursing leaders to exchange ideas and review current topics within the industry.
Participate in Charge, Clinical Supervisor and Nurse Manager‑in‑training programs and nursing executive training opportunities.
Support a culture of excellence, including employee recognition and clinical nursing ladder opportunities.
Sign On Bonus Offered $20,000 or $30,000 (select positions).
Location & Facility Aiken Regional Medical Centers is a 273‑bed acute care facility that has provided top quality, safe healthcare to residents of Aiken and surrounding communities since 1917. The hospital has been recognized by the American Heart Association for its treatment of heart attack, heart failure and stroke.
Comprehensive services include behavioral health, emergency medical care, orthopedic surgeries, maternity, rehabilitation services, imaging and wound care.

Requirements
Education:
Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
Experience:
Prefer one‑year full‑time or three years part‑time experience in acute care setting. New graduates encouraged to apply in final semester of nursing school before graduation.
License:
Current South Carolina nursing license.
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS (upon hire). CPI (within 6 months).
