Responsibilities As RN Supervisor, you will oversee the nursing unit during night hours, manage patient care, coordinate staff schedules, supervise RN and LPN staff, ensure compliance with clinical policies, evaluate patient outcomes, provide leadership and mentorship, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high quality, patient‑centered care.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) preferred
