Responsibilities
Providing specialized neonatal intensive care to fragile infants
Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting patient recovery
Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
Educating families on neonatal care and discharge procedures
Ensuring compliance with safety and healthcare standards
