Deliver acute and critical nursing care to newborns and NICU patients, including assessment, intervention, and documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized newborn care plans. Utilize evidence-based practices, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing mechanical ventilation support. Provide emotional support to families and facilitate effective communication regarding newborn status and treatment. Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and adhere to quality and safety standards. Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Ohio (or applicable state). Minimum 1 year of NICU or neonatal critical care experience with mechanical ventilation. Current BLS certification (preferred ACLS). NRP Neonatal Resuscitation Program (preferred). Strong organizational skills and ability to work flexible rotating shifts. Benefits
