Job Summary and Responsibilities This is a Full Time Day Shift position, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday, and some weekend shifts as needed.
Provide leadership for social work and case management staff ensuring quality and integrity of care delivered.
Act as the main resource for Case Managers and supervise, interact, and guide the team to ensure quality and integrity of care and alignment with TJC and CMS regulations.
Work as a Case Manager on the floor with assigned patients, complete some administrative work, and assist with complex cases as needed.
Qualifications You Will Need
RN license eligible to practice in the State of Texas
Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3–5 years of clinical nursing experience required, preferably in an acute care setting
Supervisory experience preferred
