Urology Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant
to join an established inpatient Urology team in Chattanooga, TN. Our opportunity boasts the wide variety of benefits and supportive resources expected as part of a large health system multispecialty group while also being recognized for individual contributions.
Position Responsibilities
Option of Inpatient focused or Outpatient focused role
Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p (Flexible with schedule)
Obtain medical histories, Perform physical exams (within established protocol).
Diagnose, treat and monitor chronic diseases (within protocol guidelines).
Order diagnostic tests.
Prescribe or recommend medications for treatment (within protocol guidelines).
Assist providers with procedures and consults as necessary.
Consult with doctor regarding patient symptoms to assure proper diagnosis and plan of treatment.

Job Requirements
Master's degree in nursing or Graduate of a Physician Assistant training Program
1-3 years previous experience in acute care or primary care setting or Equivalent RN experience
Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certificate of fitness through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Licensed as an RN in the state of TN, and Licensed as a CRNP in state of TN, required, or State PA License required
AHA BLS required
Pay Range $48.26 - $57.67
