Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will assume responsibility for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients. You will promote optimal health and safety through the nursing process, ensuring alignment with patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with both the healthcare team and patients/families.
Promote optimal health, well‑being, and safety through the nursing process.
Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship‑based care and organizational mission.
Key Qualifications
At least 6 months of direct RN experience; 1 year preferred.
Required Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
RN License from the state of Colorado or participating state in National Licensure Compact.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire.
Physical ability to exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.
Benefits and Compensation Pay Range: $33.15 – $53.04 per hour.
Sign‑on bonus of up to $20,000 for eligible full‑time or part‑time positions.
Relocation assistance up to $8,000 for eligible candidates.
Location Longmont United Hospital is a small community hospital located in Longmont, Colorado. The area offers parks, trails, and proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park.
