At least 10 years of experience with 8 years in Salesforce development. Hands‑on experience in Salesforce Objects Configuration, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, Java Script Batch/Scheduled/Queueable Apex, Test Classes, Workflows, Approval Process, Assignment Rules, Process Builder, Flow, REST API, SOAP API, Lightning Components, App Builder Configuration. Must have 3+ years of LWC experience. Must have Platform Developer 2 certification. Responsibilities
Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high quality development and adherence to best practices. Architecture & Design: Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture. Oversee the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations. Design and manage integrations with third‑party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards. Work closely with business teams, product managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices. Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the Salesforce development team. Skills
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL. Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration patterns. Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits. Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset). Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events.
