Open Rank Clinical Sciences Professional (Entry, Intermediate, Senior, Principal)

Pediatrics – Developmental Pediatrics
Location:
Onsite, Aurora, CO
Key Responsibilities
Entry Level:
Conduct participant visits (infants, children, and adults), obtain consent/assent, perform anthropometrics and standard assessments, collect biospecimens, transport specimens, manage wearable devices, schedule virtual and in‑person visits, and support backup coordination.
Intermediate Level:
All entry‑level duties plus qualitative interviews and focus groups, recruit participants via chart review and outreach, maintain HIPAA, GCP, and institutional compliance, manage REDCap databases, and assist with onboarding and training across sites.
Senior Level:
All intermediate duties plus serve as primary study coordinator for multi‑site studies, oversee IRB submissions, draft study documentation (protocols, consent forms, SOPs), support grant proposals, and disseminate scientific findings through abstracts, posters, and peer‑reviewed manuscripts.
Principal Level:
All senior duties plus mentor and supervise student research assistants, lead new member orientation, provide leadership input on performance and process improvement, and maintain overall program oversight.
Data Management & Communication
File online consents and generate dashboards/reports.
Maintain and update the team website with publications and announcements.
Respond to study‑related queries and engage with patient advocacy organizations.
Minimum Qualifications
Entry Level:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Intermediate Level:
Bachelor’s degree in any field; one year of clinical research or related experience.
Senior Level:
Bachelor’s degree in any field; two years of clinical research or related experience.
Principal Level:
Bachelor’s degree in any field; three years of clinical research or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications (All Levels)
Master’s degree in a health‑sciences related field.
Electronic data capture experience (EHR, REDCap).
Experience in pediatric clinical care or childcare settings.
Recruitment experience (chart review, EPIC reports).
Knowledge of HIPAA, GCP, and regulatory compliance (OnCore, ClinicalTrials.gov).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (All Levels)
Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
Ability to coordinate study visits and logistics efficiently.
Compassionate engagement with neurodevelopmentally diverse and behaviorally challenged individuals.
Proficiency with electronic data capture systems (REDCap, OnCore) and EHR (EPIC).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple studies.
Adaptable, solution‑oriented, and proactive in a multi‑site research environment.
