Sr. Data Analyst – Balance Sheet Rate Risk
Contract location: New York City, NY or Charlotte, NC. Pay: $65/hr W2. Length: unspecified. Key skills: SQL, data analysis, and financial services experience in treasury or liquidity management.
Responsibilities
Work with large datasets; perform data cleanup, analysis, and comparison of source versus reporting system data.
Support strategic sourcing initiatives for liquidity systems, including daily Fed reporting and quarterly public disclosures.
Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders across liquidity, balance sheet, and treasury functions.
Take ownership of specific domains such as mortgage or auto loans, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
Experience in Treasury, Balance Sheet, and Liquidity within a banking environment within the last 3 years.
Strong SQL skills, including querying and stored procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams.
Understanding of data feeds and systems architecture related to financial data.
Financial services experience in balance sheet, treasury, or liquidity management.
