Dance Studio Manager - Full Time
Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to offer the role of New Student Department Manager.
As a high‑energy, customer‑focused manager, you will oversee private and group dance classes for new students throughout the week, helping them reach their personal dance goals. You will work closely with students of all ages, enhancing their experience in a fun, welcoming environment.
Studio hours are full‑time, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday.
Responsibilities Provide leadership to the team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive studio environment.
Assist students in setting and achieving their dance goals, plan and promote group and private lessons, performances, parties, and competitions, and maintain the quality of the program.
Qualifications
Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about dance.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with students of all ages.
High attention to detail, strong organizational and coaching abilities.
Team player who can inspire and lead.
Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
