Entry Level Trainer – Epic
Location: Madison, WI
Overview Epic is looking for an Entry Level Trainer to deliver in‑person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves instructional design, development of training materials, and supporting users as they transition to Epic’s software.
Responsibilities
Lead classroom and virtual training sessions for healthcare users.
Design, develop, and deliver instructional content and training scenarios.
Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and organizations to create workflow‑based training materials.
Provide first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience during onboarding.
Participate in projects that enhance the intuitiveness of Epic software.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
Evidence of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel at least six times per year to customer locations.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID‑19 vaccination required.
