What You'll Do
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving, following established protocols and guidelines.
Monitor access points and restricted areas to deter unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or law enforcement as needed.
Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and site information, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, adapting to changing environments and conditions within the location.
Minimum Requirements
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Minimum age of 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen as permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
