Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Pay Base pay range:
$14.00/hr – $27.00/hr . The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
