What You'll Do
Enhance and beautify the community.
Build rapport with residents.
Respond to service needs and make readiness schedule.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Maintain amenity appearance and curb appeal.

What We're Looking For
General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment such as blowers and power washers.
Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends or on‑call duties.
Benefits and Pay Range The pay range is $15.00 - $17.25 per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential. Candidates starting pay is determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
