\*\*Job Title: Retail & Hospitality Associate\*\*\*\*Overview:\*\*Join our dynamic team as a Retail & Hospitality Associate! In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to create memorable experiences for our guests. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their purchases, and ensuring our retail area is well-stocked and organized.\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*- Warmly greet guests as they enter the venue and retail area, creating a welcoming atmosphere.- Enhance guest satisfaction by offering guidance, answering questions, and providing information about our offerings. Address any concerns or direct them to a manager when necessary.- Stay informed about upcoming shows and events to effectively assist guests with their inquiries.- Share your knowledge of our products and help guests find what they need.- Assist in maintaining stock levels and setting up merchandise on the sales floor.- Keep the retail area clean, organized, and well-stocked.- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.- Follow proper cash handling procedures, including organizing money and counting change accurately.- Adhere to inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels.- Prepare green rooms for artists and crew prior to shows, ensuring all needs are met.- Complete all assigned opening, running, and closing duties.- Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Policy Manual.- Report any damaged, stolen, or incorrectly priced items to the Manager on Duty (MOD).- Be flexible and ready to take on additional tasks as needed.\*\*Qualifications:\*\*\*\*Experience:\*\*- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.- 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.- Must pass a criminal background check.\*\*Skills and Knowledge:\*\*- Friendly and energetic personality with a strong focus on guest service.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.- Basic understanding of sales principles and guest service practices.- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to serving guests.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to listen to and understand requests from guests, managers, and staff.- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.- Good judgment and decision-making skills.- Reliable, responsible, and dependable.\*\*Physical Requirements:\*\*- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding environment.- Must be able to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods.- Ability to push, pull, and lift objects, including carrying loads greater than 35 pounds.- Capable of maintaining balance on various surfaces and navigating narrow or slippery areas.- Must be able to work varied shifts, including evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.- Able to hear normal speaking levels and work in environments with moderate to high noise levels.- Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.\*\*Additional Information:\*\*This job description is subject to change at any time and does not constitute a contract for employment.
