Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to provide exceptional support for our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our ERP software, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inbound tickets and phone calls, addressing customer inquiries related to financial accounts and transactions.
Assist customers with their financial inquiries, including account information, transactions, and product details.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Escalate recurring issues to appropriate agencies for resolution.
Understand and navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Use ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking.
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably with ERP systems. Strong understanding of ERP software and its functionalities.
