Job Description Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for
Consultant, Digital Wellness .
The contractor will lead research, provide marketing support, and launch community-based workshops for a digital wellness portfolio focused on youth, parent, and older adult engagement.
This role is part of the Responsible Business organization and will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Retail, Experiential Marketing, Communications, Employee Engagement, Project Management, Finance, Public Policy, and State Government.
Position Responsibilities Strategic Oversight
Prepare holistic event overviews and communication materials for internal and external teams; adhere to project management standards, methodologies and procedures.
Provide subject matter expertise and support event logistics communication with cross‑functional teams.
Support communications and regional State Governmental Affairs engagement.
Strategically support leadership conversions where Responsible Business’ voice and programming can support product and customer loyalty collaborations.
Explore and establish external partnerships with organizations, non‑profits, and industry leaders to expand the reach and impact of digital wellness initiatives.
Provide strategic support for internal client employee volunteerism initiatives.
Retail + Community Event Support
Advise implementation of digital wellness workshop logistics with time and budget constraints.
Lead event management driving the successful launch and execution of digital wellness workshops in client retail locations, partner sites, and virtually.
Coordinate logistics and planning for in‑person event launches with a cross‑functional team.
Manage master event project plans, including timelines and resource identification, to ensure all deliverables are met.
Support site selection and suppliers in coordination with client leadership.
Collaborate with non‑profits to support seamless digital wellness curriculum implementation during workshops and adjust event facilitation progress.
Manage implementation of virtual workshops.
Marketing + Research Support
Manage day‑to‑day execution of integrated marketing and communication strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Communications teams.
End‑to‑end management of marketing projects, including development of marketing materials, collateral, and communications toolkits for partners, while adhering to brand guidelines.
Facilitate competitive analysis and support message testing to optimize program messaging and talk tracks.
Collaborate closely with the research team to modify and enhance survey tools and methodologies for more insightful digital wellness data collection.
Facilitate the development of quarterly reports, synthesizing key findings and future recommendations.
Manage FIFA World Cup giveaways across education programs, including sweepstakes rules development and ticket fulfillment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
4+ years in education and project management, preferably retail/non‑profit partnerships, with expertise in wellness and technology‑integrated programming.
Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Subject matter expert in event logistics and cross‑functional communication.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and cross‑functional workstream management.
Proven ability to create holistic event overviews and communications.
Proficient in Google Suite, digital presentation tools, and Smartsheet for project management.
Ability to work fast‑paced, demanding environments, managing multiple responsibilities independently.
Collaborative skills with senior leadership, marketing, operations, and external partners to inform project strategy and implementation.
Demonstrated ability to establish external partnerships with non‑profits and industry leaders.
Experience supporting internal employee volunteerism initiatives.
Experience collaborating with research teams to modify survey tools and methodologies.
Team‑oriented, collaborative, flexible, and able to facilitate meetings.
Pay Range & Benefits Pay Range:
$45–$55 per hour (dependent on education, experience, location and specific duties). Benefits:
