You will be responsible for a wide array of duties including taking ownership of assigned funds, managing and reviewing work produced by Fund Administrators, as well as overseeing key projects, internal controls and process improvements.**Responsibilities:*** Taking ownership of two primary funds within the RESI space.* Working closely with the Business Team to support acquisitions, dispositions and financing arrangements.* Overseeing monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, including reviewing of financial statements, recalculation of management fees and carried interest, and transactional activity.* Reviewing the partner capital reports and general accounting activities prepared by Fund Administrators.* Responsible for performance measurements including waterfall calculations, IRR calculations, investment multiples and time-weighted returns.* Reviewing of fund structures as well as Limited Partnership Agreements to ensure compliance with fund allocations, management fees, carried interests etc.**Requirements:*** CPA qualified / actively studying* 4-7 years of experience* Big 4 experience is a MUST* Private experience (ideal)* Exposure to internal controls and process improvements* Understanding of basic coding language (i.e. Power BI and SQL)**Benefits:*** Base salary between $110,000 and $140,000* Bonus guarantee of $30,000* Flexible hybrid working schedule* Market-leading 401K structure* A clear route for progression and much more!If you are interested in learning more about this excellent opportunity within the alternative investments sector, please apply or send a copy of your resume to sam.smyth@oliverjames.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
