What You’ll Do: As a Production Technician I, you’ll support daily production operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring jobs meet quality and safety standards. You’ll perform hands‑on tasks such as machine setup, basic maintenance, and visual inspections to keep workflow running smoothly.
Shift : 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm Flexibility : Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.
Your Impact: In this entry‑level role, your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and quality of our production process, ensuring customer expectations are met with precision and care. By maintaining organized workspaces, identifying issues early, and collaborating across departments, you’ll help reduce downtime and improve overall output. Your attention to detail and reliability will support a high‑performing team and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in keeping production flowing and delivering high‑quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment according to job specifications and SOPs
Prepare stock, materials, and print files using internal systems
Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance
Conduct visual inspections and quality checks throughout production
Organize completed jobs for downstream processing
Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and cross‑training in other production areas
Position Qualifications: Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Work Experience:
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or print environment preferred but not required
Your Skills:
Attention to detail and ability to identify print or material defects
Basic machine operation and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with production systems
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and equipment
