Foster a positive and inclusive environment for participants, staff, and families.
Qualifications
Previous experience in aquatics program development and coordination.
Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor certifications preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
