Job Summary & Qualifications We are seeking an Operating Room Nurse for our ambulatory surgery center who demonstrates our company values by caring like family. They will contribute expertise in circulating or scrub roles, ensuring safe patient care until transfer to recovery.

What You Will Do

Oversee instrument and equipment set‑up, utilizing preference cards and anticipating surgeon needs.

Coordinate and oversee the room during a case as circulator.

Facilitate effective and efficient transition between surgical procedures.

Use appropriate body mechanics when moving patients to stretchers and OR tables to prevent injury.

Manage patient care, medication, and assist with anesthesia.

Consistently review charts for completeness, following documentation protocols before and after surgery.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.

Minimum 1 year operating room experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center.

Active RN license as required by state or appropriate compact licensure.

Valid BCLS certification upon employment (online certification not acceptable).

ACLS certification required by facility.

CNOR certification preferred.
